I'm admitting my stupidity here, but I can think of a couple of reasons why people may not have been listening.  When you click the link for the show it says to click the link at the top, and when you hover over it, it shows the dates of the shows and even though the instructions were to click the radio show link, my assumption was that I was supposed to click the date under the radio show link, which of course just reloaded the page.  Then when my dumb ass figured it out, there was no sound....this was because the show was at 6PM CENTRAL and I'm in eastern...dammit...so I finally figured it out and at least every minute or two it either cut off or I got the 'blog talk radio' thing which seemed to cut off words also, so it was a really frustrating thing to listen to.  I tried to register to do the chat and my computer said it registered me, but it didn't, so it was basically just a clusterf***.  While we were listening, my boyfriend and I were talking about how no one was calling, so he had me call in.  I asked a couple of questions and then they talked a few more minutes and I wanted to ask a couple more, but they disconnected me.  Also while I was connected on the phone, my sound on my computer went off so we couldn't hear it any more.  Something this important needs to have all the bugs worked out in advance if they want people to take it seriously.  I am glad they did the  show, but I wish it had been done in a way where it could have reached more people more effectively.

Effigy thanks and welcome back you lucky lady............ Paid again I am so sorry for your daughters loss and any pain it has and will cause you and your family.

Countingbackwards so you were the other caller? And yes that is exactly what happened to me when I went to their site and finally I said screw it and I called the telephone number. I then realized that not only was I on the air but I could hear the whole conversation. It really is to bad that everyone didn't know this beforehand because they all could of just called in.

I was just thinking... maybe Stidham was copping out and playing devil's advocate when he spoke about Fogelman. After all, election results may prove that Stidham better watch what he says about Fogelman. After all again, he might have cases that intertwine in that area and could be very sorry for standing up and being a brave man. Sometimes being right doesn't mean a lot when you could lose even bigger... that's just how it goes. Maybe he was hoping that others like Justice would call in and say what needed to be said and he wouldn't have to be the one to do the dirty deed. If more of us had done that, it would have fallen perfectly into place. Thank God for Justice. With all of the mistakes made in this case, God always has had one foot in the pot so that all is not for naught. Sending hugs to Justice and many thanks.
We were on the road somewhere between LR and Chicago but I would have made Dale leave a day earlier if I had remembered. My daughter worked very hard for her degree and we had to be there. I do have several years of radio experience so I am ashamed of myself for not being there for this cause. It is very much important to me. These boys are as important to me as my own sons... all 2 plus 2 and 3grands... plus these other six.

Oh. I am so proud of my daughter. She is becoming a Licensed Social Worker and should do very well by the children of her state. Right now she is neck deep in the county Sheriff's race. I would have never thought it myself that she would do it. They are giving the Good Ole Boy policies and characters a run for the money... to say the least. I sure do wish we lived a little closer to Jonesboro LOL. When she goes after someone who missed the ball, they pretty much know they make a very serious mistake that comes mighty hard to live over. Dammit.
I am very proud of her but she cut a hard row to hoe standing up the way she has done. But, I don't see her sitting down any time soon regardless of the consequences. That is the name she is making for herself.

I have a series of comments, so if you want to reply, read upwards.
I have a comment about the screwdriver comment Stidham made. Could he be mistaken?
I am saying this because I experimented on myself. My engagement ring is a raised diamond. When I hit myself, my fist doesn't come down full force because of it.
Could the bitemark, then, be knuckle marks instead? Then, there is more to my theory on this. There is the picture of TH wearing a ring with the insignia that appears to be a C facing forward connected to a C facing backward. Could this have made the wounds that sometimes appear as V or as a screwdriver mark surrounded by two sets of knuckle marks from a fist that didn't fall perfectly onto a person being hit that go in the same similar size of circle that a bite mark would have?

I haven't seen the ring, but I have stabbed myself with a philips before and it would have to have been a helluva big screwdriver for you to be able to see the X because with a regular sized screwdriver it just makes a hole.  Knuckles probably would have bruised, but not broken the skin the way it looks.  How about glass?  I've seen glass cuts make crosses and perpendicular lines and triangles...wonder if when whoever did it dropped him on the concrete there happened to be a piece of glass or sharp rock there.  Wood would have probably left some kind of splinter, or I'd say it could be that.  Do you have a picture of the ring?

I don't have a picture of it, but I have seen it... I believe it is posted somewhere on this very board, too. I think that is where I saw the picture.
Actually, I disagree and think that knuckles could break the skin. I think that a raised ring might have prevented a full bruise of the fist and that the knuckles might have produced an image quite similar to a bite mark. Some folks can make a tight fist and have very dangerous and pointed knuckles that stick out like brass knuckles.  Especially on a man. Especially if they had early arthritis setting in... or worked a lot lifting heavy things with their hands.

I also want to comment on the penis allele that was brought up. I don't think it is wise to exclude or include anyone on an allele that can't even be tested yet.
This we know. Two of the boys had been introduced to perverted sexuality. We also know that children emulate what they know. I am thinking, based on research that we also know to be true, that it is very possible that these boys included sexuality and how they knew it to be in their playing around.
So... I am wondering if that allele might match one of the boys??? It is said that they were excluded. Well. That exclusion could only be by paternally... have the mothers also been tested????

New question for our legal eagles.
This afternoon on the news here, it was announced that the Supreme Court has made a new ruling. This ruling says that it is now illegal to hand down a life without parole sentence to a teen-ager. Realizing that this ruling comes after the fact, can our boys be grandfathered in? And, in a broad interpretation of it, can this ruling also effect Damien... he has received even more than a life sentence... albeit all three boys have been given a death sentence because they are sentenced to prison until they die.
Will this ruling have any bearing on this case? Thanks for your reply.

I just wanted to apologize to everyone for not helping to show the support the WM3 have.  I have been really sick lately and I missed the show by a few hours.  Believe me, missing things like this really upsets me, but I can't go backward.

I'd like to make sure everyone is aware of Michael Graves' new radio show, Radio Deadly.  This is broadcast out of Canada, but you can listen online through this website, www.radiodeadly.net.  He has already had one show completely about WM3 that they did while in Little Rock, AR.  He and some of his band mates have been gracious enough to promote the events that have been created for the guys through Facebook and I have no doubt they will continue to do so when needed.  All of Michael Graves Band are guys that are very serious in their support for the WM3, especially Michael and J.V. Bastard.  The show is great to begin with and they are still garnering support.  So, if you listen one night and want to ask Michael about his work for supporting the WM3 (and Damien in particular), call in.  They love having people call in with intelligent conversation to share.

Perhaps the work of the guys at Radio Deadly can help soften the blow of this disappointment.

You feel better now, Jo?  I don't want to go over and find out what they said right now because I'm pretty stressed out already, however, I may go over later on.  Did you post there also?  I just try to tell myself that it's either like when people are on opposite sides of a political issue or election where both believe they are right, or that they are just MISERABLY STUPID.  If it is just the sides thing, they'll find out soon enough (like when we elect the wrong person), but don't know of anything we can do to fix the miserably stupid issue.

What was Dan Stidham talking about when he said there was DNA recovered inside one of the children that didn't match terry, mark or the wm3....This is the first time i'm hearing of this...That would suggest that there was a sexual assault.I think maybe Dan was talking about the allele on the boys penis but don't know for sure.Thats how rumors get started.Does anyone know what he was talking about?

He was talking about the allele on Stevie's penis.   You're right, he should have been more clear.
