Well done Justice. Maybe I was using the wrong prefix, I don't know, but I was unable to get through from over here. I posted a couple of questions in chat that they put to Dan. Here's the audio from the show:

Hmm. We just got back from a 16-hour traumatic road trip to watch my dau graduate from U of A. I didn't get to be part of the radio program. I am a supporter, though. Sorry. I now am not a supporter of interstates, rain and ungodly traffic. LOL

Q: So is it your testimony Mr. Jacoby was with you all night until he went to work; is that your testimony?
Terry Hobbs: Well, he was with Pam -- there was a time he was with Pam, and there was a -- or we might have all been together, yeah, I wouldn’t doubt it. ******************************************************** Terry Hobbs: They were going to go look and see if they was in that manhole

I just listened to the show.
Thank-you Justice for your involvement. I had totally forgotten that this show was coming on (my daughter lost a good friend in an auto accident last Saturday night and it's been tough).
I'll have to say, I was a little disappointed in the show. I emailed the link to this board to Judge Stidham.

Thanks Rugs for sending Judge Stidham the link and Paid so sorry to hear of your daughters friend. Your welcome for thanking me about being on there and for sending your link. I know they were having some chat room difficulties but the phone lines were working. I just called in a bit before hand and talked to Joe and I told him that a lot of us from the states and from overseas were going to be listening in. That is what I thought. Being that it was a Saturday night and life does go on quite a few missed it. There are so many twists and turns in this case and with the law the way it is it makes ones head spin. And yes Paid the show was a disappointment in the respect that had there been more knowledgeable callers such as your self and Wolf and Rugs maybe perhaps a few more questions could of been answered.

i hafta agree .. i am listening now .. it's aggravating that they keep getting "off track" .. i too missed the show last night .. but i wish that more would have been addressed as to proof that D,J, & J weren't at the scene .. therefore they aren't guilty .. i have a hard time understanding why these men are still in prison .. if NO DNA is found that puts these men at the scene .. that tells me that they WERE NOT at the scene .. ugh @ our system!

Very Nice Job J Girl!!! I am sad that I somehow overlooked the program time and missed calling in. I would have loved to have been on with you. I just finished listening to the program, and must say: 1) Thanks to the 2 hosts for having a WM3 discussion. 2) Thanks again to Judge Stidham for advocating for this case for so long now. 3) Thanks to J Girl for being there for us here. Your passion for this case was quite evident, and your questions were spot on. 4) The production values, however spotty things may be when dealing with chat, sporadic internet connections and phone lines, left a lot to be desired. 5) J Girl, don't give another thought to "WM3.blackboard" spell-out. Everyone does such things. When the spotlight shines, stuff happens. Type that address into a browser to search and our site pops up first on the list. You rocked! BTW, can I get your autograph? Or, should I call your agent?

i have a hard time understanding why these men are still in prison .. if NO DNA is found that puts these men at the scene .. that tells me that they WERE NOT at the scene .. ugh @ our system! Unfortunately, this case is the "perfect storm" of things that can go wrong. We have an inept and partially corrupt police force. A prosecutor whose heritage pressured him to stoop to any means to win a case. Inexperienced defense attorneys. A lack of funds. A good ole boy judge that can't admit he's wrong. An egotistical and inexperienced medical examiner that was pressured to agree with the State's case. A jury foreman without morals. And three throw-away teens.

Justice, I just finished listening to the talk show and would like to thank you for representing all the supporters. I'm sorry I wasn't there with you as I was out of the country and just got back early in the am. You did an outstanding job!
Paid, I would like to offer my condolenses to you and your daughter. It is even more tragic when we watch our children suffer such losses early in their lives.

Paid, I would like to offer my condolenses to you and your daughter. It is even more tragic when we watch our children suffer such losses early in their lives. Thank-you. This accident was particularly tragic because it was a one car accident where the driver survived and her passenger did not. The driver was also a close friend of my daughter's and the two girls involved were going to be room-mates next fall in college. http://www.chattanoogan.com/articles/article_175277.asp
