I am putting this little comment of info under Damien interview because it is for Damien. It is about something I know in history. I am a descendant of the pioneer Boone family in America. My g+grandfather Squire is said to have come here to track out land to claim for England. As many other families in this new country, my Boone line was a relgious folk. However. Did you know they were warned about following church rules and then later kicked out as a family from church? They were, and as a result, we genealogists may never know who my g+grandmother, wife of my g+father Jessie was. When folks are astonished that Damien wouldn't accept a Bible from a thumping preacher who comes across as out of his mind, Damien isn't the only one who fell out of the grace of a church. I hope someday Damien will be just as admired for his stand as my Boones are today in history. Through my line there, I am also a Moore descendant and that is one more (no pun intended) that I have been interested in this case. They say, too, that my Uncle Daniel went to Washington DC himself a few times because he was gravely disappointed in how the government treated people. And, I am proud to say that Dale and I have been on national television, in our local media, and have protested in DC a few times ourselves as activists. I was proud to sleep in a tent city and sing "We Shall Overcome" on the grounds of our nation's Capitol. Besides that, there are millions of people who don't accept particular Bibles... ones that have stamped on them King James and that don't include all the known books of the Bible. T is not a place
