I agree with Mel, that in spite of Gitchell even giving a reason he avoids reading about the case, he must have been keeping informed somewhat as he did make mention of the 'new evidence' and gave opinion doubting they'll get a new trial or ever get out. Kinda hypocritical to say you don't know nothing but give such opinion...

Gee, ya don't think he's trying to imply people may have stolen documents that cleared Terry do ya?  I can imagine it now, yes yes yes we did thoroughly investigate him and cleared him, but everything pertaining to that is gone.

Hey Gully!  Yes it's true Gully.  Judy....Pam's younger sister & all the sister's have given sworn statement's in this civil suit.  I'll try to find the link.....look at Exhibit 3 or 4 while i'm checking.


Yes in Exhibit 2 though 12 under Terry Hobbs vs Natalie Pasdar.  These are exerpts Gully and the whole enchilada will be coming & best of all the video.

Sorry if i shocked your senses Gully when you first read it it's like a ton of bricks hitting you i know. It is rumor no more with these sworn statements made under penalty of perjury & they carry alot of weight in my view.  Mildred French.....was a neighbor to Terry & his first wife & their son in 1982, she reported him for domestic abuse of both the wife & child & was attacked in her own home by Terry after reporting him.  Terry managed to avoid prison time for that attack & only got 11 months 29 days probation & counseling & M. French stated Terry told her he had killed her cat for his last & only way to get revenge without doing jail time & Sharon Nelson who was Terry's girlfriend after the murders has also been deposed & she swore under oath that Terry told her he found the dead children before he picked Pam up from work that night  David Jacoby who played guitar with Terry between 5 & 6 pm on May 5th gives his sworn statement too & says he saw Stevie ride by his house on his bike when Terry came over after taking Pam to work debunking Hobbs account to WMPD in 2007 that he had no contact with any of the children that day including Stevie.  Last but not least we learn Terry went & talked to a criminal atty after the murder's to talk about *The Events of May 5th, 1993* when he didn't go to WMPD & tell them everywhere he looked & everything he did & saw.  No Hobbs left WM asap without being questioned by WMPD, abandoned Pam & Amanda with her parent's & sought legal counsel in his parent's home town.


And Gitchell is sitting there saying they check into murdered children's parent's background's for violence & past offenses.  He knows what Terry's past is now & he's being made a fool.....B. Ridge & M. Allen made for fools coz Terry was right under their nose's the whole time & they would've learned all that had they followed procedure that Gary so diligently recites for the nice civil atty.

Mayanmoon, this news is definitely a shock to the senses. I looked at the depo quickly and did not find the info. But, I'll look again when I have more time.

I am new to this site.  I have been a supporter for a little over 4 years.  I made the mistake of going on the wm3hoax board.  I thought I could talk to them kinda reason with them.  No they were asking me a lot of questions and mocking my replies.  I really wanted to give them answers it's just that this case is complicated and requires a lot of research.  As if I have the time to give them a blow by blow account.  Anyway I see some of them come on here.  Now getting to Gitchell,  he IMO is a liar!  He know's damn well that he along with his cronies did in fact coerce Jessie and lose evidence.  This case was just to much for him and as far as the media not having any influence I say BS big time!  I am sure that is why they had the rush to judgement.  Not in their wildest dreams did they ever think it would go this far.  Any opinions?

You see, to the nons, thats how they "roll" yo. When the realize that they cannot win an argument or provide proof that the WM3 are guilty, they then turn to insults and jokes about your person. The Hobby on the hoax is they take our pictures and photoshop the on something stupid. This shows that they all have the Mentality of a 10 year old(I know I understated this).

Well lets look at this "Lead" investigator. Doesn't bother to do background checks to clear ALL parents. Is caught on video smoking a Cigarette in the CS.  And yes very much so with D. Ridge leads Jssie to confess.

OMG I don't even know where to begin with that jerk.  IMO and mind you I don't like to judge people but I feel he is not only a liar but I don't understand how he can live with this!  Fogelman said Damien doesn't have a soul well where is the states soul?
