Has there been any clarification as to the times mentioned in paragraphs 10-14?

Other interviews, police notes, anything?

I wish they would actually enforce the perjury laws.
It's plain, on paper, and proven that either Hobbs or Jacoby is guilty of it.

I'll let Hobbs answer reply to that query;

Quote from: from hobbs' deposition
Q. Do you recall how -- and you and Mr. Jacoby rode around in a car looking?
A. We did.
Q. Your car or his car?
A. Probably mine.
Q. What kind of car were you driving?
A. I don’t remember.

<snip>

Q. You and Pam took Amanda to the Jacobys, dropped her off, and then went and searched some more?
A. Yes, sir.
Q. Where did you go -- and just you and Pam at that point?
A. David might have went with us. As a matter of fact, David did go with us.
Q. Walk or driving?
A. Driving.
Q. Your car or his car?
A. Probably ours.
Q. Okay. Do you recall what car?
A. No, because -- no, I don’t.

Hobbs has admitted being in and out of the woods all night long, so if his car was seen at the McAuley dead-end or the Blue Beacon......it would be expected.

There would be a problem, though, if Hobbs vehicle was seen in the Union 76 parking lot.

Thus.....the vehicular amnesia.   I dont no

Q:  So is it your testimony Mr. Jacoby was with you all night until he went to work; is that your testimony?

Terry Hobbs:  Well, he was with Pam -- there was a time he was with Pam, and there was a -- or we might have all been together, yeah, I wouldn’t doubt it.

Also - If Pam & Jacoby BOTH say there were by that pipe bridge wouldn't they have seen the bicycles? Is that the same pipe bridge where the bicycles were found?? I know I saw in Pam's declaration that she was there the morning of the 6th and didn't see anything, if in fact that's where the bicycles were found.

Good point...the bikes had to have been thrown in the water before Jacoby says he was there.

No guys, the bikes were submerged and could not be seen.
Thus the resue boat and the drag hooks.I'm not certain at all about
the manner they were discovered.

Terry's 2007 interview:

Quote
Q. You and Pam took Amanda to the Jacobys, dropped her off, and then went and searched some more?
A. Yes, sir.
Q. Where did you go -- and just you and Pam at that point?
A. David might have went with us. As a matter of fact, David did go with us.

<This is Hobbs  saying that he and David went together to search after dropping Pam off,
since this is the exact time period Lt Mitchell is asking about, yet he puts Pam with them.
Pam did not go back out to the woods until after her dad showed up>

line No.15 of DJ declaration:

DJ states that he drove Pam a round to look for Stevie right after she used
his phone and changing form work uniform(either way).

an interview with Pam:

Pam :"And uh Terry left he really didn't tell me where he was goin he left.

This is in the same paragrap:
"...David says I'm gonna take you home.So by the time me and David arrive back at my houseTeryy's there. So Terry and David get together and they leave and I sat on the sidewalk and
I'm crying and you know and just going hysterical and stuff and mom and dad finally pull up
and I get with mom and dad.

coupla pagraphs after:

Pam:No what I did is that my mother was there-daddy uh daddy and I mean David, Terry had
come back when daddy was there so David and Teryy and daddy leaves
.

paragraph 15 of DJ's declaration:

"pam did come over to my house looking for Steve and I drove her around to look for him."

Excerpt from an allegd statement of DJ:

Jacoby:it'll be off Barton uh the deadend I just cant I'm just not really sure I mean if
was uh I know at one time me and him did go look and then his wife had come by and
she was hysterical and uh I'm thanking he pulled off ahead of her so I got in her car with
her and we drove to ah school were the cub scouts meet up of something
thought maybe
he was over there.

And uh I don't remember before or after if this was before or after but we wound up walking
the those woods
with her dad some people was from out that nieghborhood.Uh I was out I
mean I was out until like 3 o'clock that morning with em.Not all togehter, everybody was
kinda of branched  off.

I know the above really confuses me.I have yet to study and give opinion.
Does any of this make sense to anyone or could someone make any of it above understandlable?

It seems that Pam n DJ agree that he did drive her to the cub scout church.
Yet DJ's initial statement was that he got in her car.
And Pam and DJ agree that Terry took off on his own at this same time.

Pam and DJ agree that He and Terry went somewhere between the trip to the
cub scout church and the time that Pam's parents arrived.

Still not sure where the 1st stop was--at DJ's dropping AH off--or at the
Hobbs' 1st dropping both Pam and Amanda off.Not important-just unclear.

Here we go again.....

Where there two vehicles at the Hobbs house at the time?  (I can hear the Pasdar team asking him that in my head right now).  Because yeah, law be damed, if Pam had a registered vehicle at her disposal, she probably drove it to Jacoby's house to visit Bobby when Terry wasn't around, especially in the rain or cold with a small child.  But not that night.

Pam never mentions driving with Jacoby in the care to the "cub scout meet up".  Curiouser and curiouser....

Here's what happened as I understand it:

Hobbs left Jacoby's house at about 6:15 pm. He went home to see if Stevie was there.
Hobbs sees all three boys in the Clark's back yard. He calls them home.
The boys run off to the woods.  It's about 6:30 pm.
At about 6:45, Hobbs goes by Jacoby's house again looking for Stevie.
Jacoby volunteers to help Hobbs search.  They search for about 10-15 minutes.
Hobbs drops Jacoby off at his house and says he wants to search another place that Stevie may have gone. (it's about 6:55-7:00)
Hobbs goes to the woods and finds the boys.
Hobbs returns to Jacoby's house and asks for help again. (Hobbs is establishing an alibi). It's about 7:35 pm.
Hobbs and Jacoby drive the same route that they had previously driven. Hobbs takes Jacoby back home to get flashlights. It's about 8:00 pm.
Hobbs sees Dana Moore in his driveway. Hobbs follows Moore to her house. It's about 8:10 pm.
Hobbs meets JMB at about 8:20 pm.  The parents go to the Goodwin dead-end where the black kids had seen the boys enter the woods. It's about 8:30.
Hobbs leaves the woods and picks up Pam. He's at Catfish Island from about 9:15-9:35.
After calling the police and giving Stevie's MPR...Hobbs and Pam go back to the Goodwin Dead-end.
Pam wants to change clothes. Hobbs drops her off at home at about 10:10 pm.  Hobbs drives off.
Pam and Amanda walk down to the Jacoby's house arriving at about 10:20 pm.
Pam makes some phone calls. Jacoby drives Pam to the Episcopal Church to search for Stevie.
Pam and Jacoby return to her house and Hobbs arrives. It's about 11:00 pm.
  Pam's parents arrive shortly thereafter.
Hobbs and Jacoby drive around and meet with Jackie Hicks Sr under the streetlight at Barton and 14th Street. It's about midnight.
Hobbs, Jacoby, and Hicks Sr search the woods from about 12:15 am until about 2:30 am.
Jacoby and Hicks Sr go home.

Understood, very good points.

Pam is sayin the two went somewhere together before Jackie Sr. got there.
Among that confusion, I had never noticed that statement.

I'm reading this thread and the thing that doesn't sit right for me is the constant changing of clothes ... I can understand a work uniform being changed - but why does DJ need to change around 8pm - as he states in his declaration ? Wonder who's idea that was ? "hey Dave - maybe you should go change - wouldn't want you to get dirty ... Yeah you go on home" ... Sounds like the guy who told him to go get some sleep for work in the early hours. Why does DJ need new clothes long after he is off work ? Maybe he was still dressed from work but all the clothes changing seems odd to me ... I mean a child is missing.

If sunset was around 19:50, this would be when the mosquitoes, etc. would be out in force. Perhaps he needed to change into something long sleeved and more protective, and also to put on some repellent?

Just theorising.

I guess Hobbs and Terry left Pam alone again before Pam's parents made it to WM?
