Does anyone know where this storage area is...I wonder why the police haven't searched it?  It's obvious from JMB's statement that Terry is lying...claiming to have met JMB at 6pm...yet David Jacoby says at around 6pm they was at his house playing guitars and that Terry was gonna head on home to see if Stevie had showed up.

@bobcat...there is a wealth of information on this site and on callahans(see the document archive tab at the top of the page) my suggestion is that you research the case and ask questions after if you have any or need clarification. There are numerous people here who know this case in and out and are very helpful to the person who is sincere in their quest for knowledge. It is my belief that terry hobbs is responsible

It is my belief that Echols was involved also.  I don't have to prove it to you because the State of AR has done this for me.

Don't hold your breath waiting on a new trial.   A new one would cost millions of dollars and the State of AR does not

desire to spend this sum of money with the possiblilty of the state looking foolish to the rest of the nation.  (If the WM3

were to be found innocent.)  Most of the AR people I know do not want a new trial.

If they had proved it, there would be no need for an evidentiary hearing.  If they had even proved it at the time, there would have been no need for Kent Arnold to disobey the Constitution and the judge's directions and enter Jessie's confession into the jury deliberations.

This may come as a shock to you Bobcat, but the state of Arkansas already looks foolish to the rest of the nation.

True.  And a new trial will only add to that opinion.  No way the State will retry this case.   Too much to lose.

December 5th is the start of the evidentiary hearing. There may be a hearing on the jury misconduct evidence before then, if Laser grants it though. I don't know. The defense has asked for that.

Bobcat,

You're right that the State won't retry the case.  Judge laser will overturn the convictions and the State will choose to "weasel" their way out by making excuses as to why they can't gain new convictions.  It's their only choice because they lack the character to admit they were wrong.

Hopefully, the Arkansas voters will take notice....but I doubt the majority have the intelligence or the motivation to understand what happened in this case.  Maybe 10 years down the road....after watching movies and documentaries, it will dawn on them.

In the meantime, the real killer will live under a dark cloud...but free to continue his perverted life.  Compliments of The State of Arkansas.

But....but...but...what about the new and improved DNA tests which will prove Damien and co to be guilty?

Item #27, I hope this case isn't going colder and colder, as TH's begins cleaning out his storage area.
