Maybe it is just me... but don't you guys think that TH sure did come to the deposing very, very ill-prepared? And. You know. I was a kid when JFK got shot but I can remember exactly what I was doing that day. I can also not only recall the address of the house we last lived in when I was in the fifth grade and never returned to for 30 years, I can still take you right to it and it wasn't in a small town. It was one of the fastest growing areas in Arkansas through the years. When things are important, you remember just about every detail of it. I would think if my child got murdered, it would be something I couldn't forget if I wanted to. The details that I was a part of would be engrained in my soul. And, I would be an expert in every other detail, too, about it. I would be wanting to see and touch my child and I would want to be provided an audience with the person/s who did it. Years ago, we were going to a cook-out in the next subdivision. It was nice that day and we were going to walk. My daughter was riding her bike with the kids ahead of us. I was putting on my shoes when one came back to tell me she was laying in the highway hit by a car. Actually, she was going around a stop sign and down into the ditch on her bike and not on the roadway area. The driver of the car mistook and went down into the ditch and knocked her onto the pavement. Just hurt her leg and scared her. He said he knew the mistake and tried to ease into her. She was healthy and the muscle protected her leg from being broken. But. Part of it was my conversation with the driver. I hugged him while we waited for the ambulance. What do you do when it is your child? I tried to be a Christian and it worked out. She got a new bike and his insurance paid for all the hospital bills. That was about 25 years ago. I still recall everybit of it. so much more would be a murder.

The other. TH also took advantage of the depost to blame Stevie for his divorce. Did you hear him say the divorce came about because of the murders? Hmm. His marriage bed was interfered with because of Stevie. The marriage wasn't happy because of Stevie. Dead or alive, Stevie was a thorn in THe butt to TH. As guarded as TH's testimony was, I really don't think it would take much to get a confession.... if he is guilty. He likes to play the little smiley game of I know and you don't... but then he is arrogant and loves to tell it. Ticking timebomb.

My last and then clean up the kitchen time. I was wondering about the attorney questioning TH. TH described himself as a "good man", I wondered if the attorney's mind flew back to college English and Flannery O'Connor's short story "A Good Man is Hard to Find".... mine sure did. Looking at TH straight in the face, I also felt like I was looking at the West Memphis Boogey Man. Oh, there just might be a movie about him, but he might not like it anymore than the HBOs. But, then, he would have competition with OJ and how he done it. OJ might be a whole lot more interesting for the money.

THE INVISIBLE MANS COSTUME IS DEFECTIVE. The day he had it on durning a press meeting(knowing he wasen't gona say a word) his lawyer would do all his talking. IMO again just like dennis rader play with the police.Thinks he is above the law.Been 17yrs & you haven't got me YET!!! Every dag has his day! jmb

After summer, where Dale and I go to have the truck serviced, the manager came up to me and asked, "Hey what is it about the South and sweet tea?" He said everywhere they went on vacation in Missouri, people asked him if he wanted sweet tea. Getting to the point, that reminds me of JMB. Some people in the south just like to give things to people. It never fails, when we visit my sister, she starts in filling extra grocery bags with stuff for me to bring home. Dale's Mom did the same thing when she was alive and we visited her. Some folks like to give things to people they like and they don't understand when their gift comes into question. There is a saying about the south and some people who would "give you the shirt of his back". I have a funny feeling JMB is the type of guy who would give the shirt off his back like that. And, I do not fail to respect him for that. I am tremendously respectful of his continuing over the years to be a part of this investigation/discussion. That's what a real father would do.

Although I feel the evidence to convict our famed slimeball is more than adequate, I seriously doubt you will ever hear any repentance come from his mouth. This man cares for nothing and no one but hisself. Look what he did to his own daughter. He probably began that earlier than anyone realizes. Everytime any accusations have arisen against him .. what is his reaction? He displaces and deflects any and all blame. That again is classic sociopathy. He will never accept responsibility for anything. Even if he ever did admit to the murders, he will probably blame Stevie for making him do it or something to that effect. That's just all the more reason that it is a damn tragedy that this man is both still alive and free. People like TH are the reason we struggle to keep our society from falling apart at the seams.

Hey Music do you need a glass of ICED tea to cool off.lol know how you feel! I get worked up here from time to time.I even start cursing text.I also agree with you n Polly.infamous slimeball-that sounded cool.
Just make sure it's sweet tea! Personally, I think I should be pissed. We should all be angrier than a swarm of hornets that just got effed with a little too much. I mean, we are talking about events that shape the future for our children and a justice system that was made to work for the victims and not the criminals. So many things about this are just so blatantly wrong and the people that have told me "It just really doesn't matter to me." or "It doesn't have anything to do with me." make me want to scream. I'll take that tea now.

Thank you for removing them, Lis. It is too bad that some of the folks have been exploited to the level they have been and I still cringe when the med records for Damien are brought up. None of us has a right to analyze those.
