The reason this is sealed is that: Pay close attention.....it is four different versions/accounts of Terry Hobbs' journals of the accounts of May 5th, 1993.  He says that he tried to be truthful in his stories in his journals.  When he was asked "well which version was the closest to what actually happened", he (Terry Hobbs) was vague. For now his journals are sealed for public viewing via request by his attorneys.

Agreed Baddie! Gee, and it wouldn't be prudent of me to suggest, that if it is all simple truthful recounts of what transpired, why would his 'story' change?
