I have never posted on this board, but this was just to good to pass up. I think it sums up most of the Non-Mentality. (truth and pun intended)
While reading through the exhibits, I came across a quote from Mr. Hobbs. I did a lot of reading and did not make a note of where exactly I saw it. Sorry that was a hell of a lot of reading I've been doing.
"I'm more than convinced because [the police are] more than convinced," Hobbs said.
"Mike Allen's a good man, and I believe what I know, and I only know what they tell
me.

Welcome to the board. One thing that I started doing is keeping a piece of paper handy so I could make notes of things I found interesting to post AFTER I got done reading. There is a LOT of interesting stuff in these papers. Keep reading and posting.  |

but sure, why in the hell should terry doubt anything the WMPD told him, terry himself chose not to help the police with their investigation, though he could have provided at least some helpful tips:
terry saw a black man at the crime scene - didn't report it.
terry was the first one to discover the bodies - didn't report it.
terry knew his boy was missing for hours - didn't report it.
terry, the loving family man, just didn't walk into the next blanking police station to provide ANY information he could provide about HIS BOY and all things that could help the police in finding the killer.

It's not alledged that Hobb's said he saw a black man but never reported it, that came out of his own mouth during the video police interview in 2007.

and that with the black bum, at the end, isn't even allegedly - terry said it for 1 reason only: throwing in another suspect, and IMO, the "unknown negroid hair" provided the idea.
maya, before i forget it again: terry's journals... either i missed them when reading the exhibits or terrys original journals (from may 6th on) are just not in there (i mean like a copy, like amanda's diary)
and yes, sure: black bum, not alleged because terry SAID it, but ultimately its crap.
that he discovered the bodies first, thats sheron nelson who said it.
and that he didnt report "the boy" missing is just sad fact!

I believe i saw a small excerpt from his journal nightbreed......just enough to know they've got it and it will be revealed in it's full form when the time is right. As everyone can see there's an enormous amt. of infomation and it'll take time to digest it all.
BTW.......did everybody read where Terry in the Dimension interview he says he HEARD splashes and that the ditch water was moving AND it was deep??
How'd Terry know it was deep? And more importantly wth didn't he say all this when it mattered the most on May 5, 6th 1993.
Terry saying he saw a black bum coming from the crimescene yet never saying one word about it till his first police interview in 2007 hangs him high. Not only is he throwing out another suspect which is strange itself when according to him the right people are in prison but he's stating he kept this crucial info to himself all these years.
Now why would he do that? Thirty days pass between the murder's and the arrest's and Hobb's said nothing about this so called black bum.......think about it/

just to clarify MY meaning, troops--
hobbs alleges he saw a "black bum".
hobbs' girlfriend alleges he talked about seeing the bodies.
the fact that he didn't report his kid missing till 9ish is pretty well established.
Just trying to keep it on the pavement, as it were.
He's now talking about splashes*? Wow. I've got to go read that. Thanks, Maya.

umm, excellent question. What I tried to place in the tags was -- http://www.midsouthjustice.com/Chronology6.htmA bit dated, and a bit skewed, maybe, but intriguing, nonetheless. How my link decided to resolve to rottentomatoes is a mystery. ...Like the mystery of T.Hobbs seeing a black guy at the scene, hearing splashes at the scene, maybe seeing bodies at the scene, but somehow missing the blood curdling mayhem that Jessie Misskelley and Aaron Hutchinson (intellectual ages about the same) claimed they witnessed. It's just so . . . unbelievable. (More irony: Philip Martin, as you no doubt know, has written pathetically about this case.) Thanks for catching that, fish. |

thx. yeah, i should also take a gear back and let it all digest... but, splashing..moving..deep..- jez seems like i have to re-read the dimension films interview immediately! and 100% right, maya: why telling mitchell about any suspect when the 3 in prison are guilty as hell according to terry? again: terry as his own worst enemy. i wonder if someone here already made a list of all of terrys new and old stinky utterings (paid?:-), it would be more than impressive when compared to the WM3!! |
