Free us all from lies,,,,then the men known as the WM3, the parents of three children and families, the public can finally have a piece of peace. That is when there will be something resembling justice. With positive thoughts comes positive actions. Positive actions lead to more positive people and the chain reaction leads to positive change.

TH interview, page 79 Terry: I called the police to make a report at 5:30. Pam: I thought you made the report at 9:00? Terry: No. We were--there's paperwork over there saying that i called them between 5:00 and 5:30, I believe, and--to report kids missing--our kid's missing. note: bullshit + he saw mark the first time in his life at 6-what a joke!

"....that i called them between 5:00 and 5:30.....report out kids missing"...
hmmm so Terry, did ya call on that work at home phone? Can't have been your working home phone, because you didn't have one. Pam remained mad at you all these years because you hadn't reported Steve missing until 9.00pm when you went to pick her up at work, when all ya had to do was have assured her you had done it at 5.00pm? Funny as David puts you at his place to play guitars at that time Terry.....you remember, Steve and 2 other boys were out front of the Jacoby's place, one on a skateboard....no need to report Steve missing when he wasn't at that time Terry as Jacoby seen him....well then ya left to see if Steve had come back to your place, leaving Amanda at the Jacoby's..returning some time later...you remember getting him to go with to drive around for bout 15 minutes and then, ya left again leaving Amanda there, only to return another time to drive the same route for a second 15 minutes...only to leave again leaving amanda behind. David had the opinion you'd be returning and was getting ready to go out search but ya never came back....till much much later...ya remember, after Pam had walked over to his with Amanda and he dropped her home.

.....there's paperwork over there saying that i called them between 5:00 and 5:30, I believe, and--to report kids missing--our kid's missing. "to report kids (plural) missing" [woops....I mean "our kid's (kid is) missing"]. Since at 5:00 - 5:30...there would have only been one kid missing.

Q: So is it your testimony Mr. Jacoby was with you all night until he went to work; is that your testimony?
Terry Hobbs: Well, he was with Pam -- there was a time he was with Pam, and there was a -- or we might have all been together, yeah, I wouldn’t doubt it. ******************************************************** Terry Hobbs: They were going to go look and see if they was in that manhole

In this section Natalie's atty's are using quote's from the prosecution's closing arguements in the E/B trial and boy has it come back to bite them on the arse. Check it out.
"They make a big deal about there's no evidence at the scene. But think about it a minute. It's not that there's no evidence connection their client because what evidence was found out there connects to one of these two, for the most part. What
HOBBS 00130 Case 4:09-cv-00008-BSM Document 38-6 Filed 08/21/2009 Page 22 of 162
they want you to do is say there's no evidence. But there's no evidence out there that points to anybody else.. .if someone else had committed the crime then...you'd see evidence that didn't connect. And you don't have that."
*************************************************************
my favourites
"It's not that there's no evidence connection their client because what evidence was found out there connects to one of these two, for the most part."
************************************************************
First of all what evidence was found out there?? The State never entered ANY evidence from that crimescene that connected Damien & Jason. the best they could do is go fish out a knife out of a pond behind LakeShore that couldn't be connected to anybody month's into the trial.
The best is when the prosecutor says...
"because what evidence was found out there connects to one of these two, for the most part."
************************************************************
It connects to one of these two.........FOR THE MOST PART??
First of all if their talking about the pond knife last i looked that pond wasn't deemed a crimescene but the prosecutor is making it sound as if that knife was found where the boy's bodies were found.
Second.......since when does the state prosecute & jury's convict on evidence that wasn't even entered into evidence only brought out in closing arguement's where it can't be addressed by the defense?
Third.........the state is ambigous by not stating just who the knife was connected to specifically.....not even the prosecutor is willing to name exactly who the knife belonged to.
Finally how long have prosecutor's been allowed to argue for conviction's for 1st degree capital murder using a weapon never entered into evidence that the prosecutor says connects one of the two.......For The Most Part??
There may be a few but i've never heard of them.
But this is the kicker right here....

Terry Hobbs: -- I quit my job. I went to my boss and said, "Look. I-you know, I had a 110 customers I count on every week, and I've been doing this for years, and when they found out it was us, [but] the people of my customers just, they would-everyone one of them would come up and I'd go in the stores and sell them ice cream and come up and grab me and hug me," -- Male Voice: Oh. Terry Hobbs:-- "and cry, make me cry, and that went on until it just was killing me." Male voice: Yeah. Terry Hobbs: I went and told my-John, my boss, I said, "I gotta quit." Male voice: You just didn't want -- Terry Hobbs: [Didn't want it]. Said I can't take it. They're too nice to me. .....Let's think about this for a minute.

Yea, this was strange to me too, especially considering Pam states Terry didn't even seem affected by Stevie's death and became annoyed with her because she was grieving so much.

Terry Hobbs: Yeah. And I worked for an ice cream company at the time. Interviewer: [Unintelligible], yeah. Terry Hobbs: So, I had some of my customers tell me, "You did it!" ...Seems there were other customers that didn't make Terry feel so bad.

Hey, MnM - so they used the arguement "there's no evidence out there that points to anybody else....if someone else committed the crime....." Now hang on a cotton pickin minute! So IF there had been evidence out there that points to anybody else? Well, guess what Foggie?

Just reread the Hobbs' interview and I was struck by a couple of slip-ups TH made: When asked, "Did you feel a lot of relief when you heard there was an arrest?", Hobbs answered, "Probably confusion. I don't know about relief." What? About what was he confused? Maybe that they arrested the wrong people. Also, when discussing his job (after stating earlier that some people saw the boys getting into a white van, but not an ice cream van), "You were driving a ...?", Hobs is quick to point out, "Not a van, but a truck." Every time he opens his mouth, he convicts himself!
