exhibit 10, page 116 david jacoby's statement:
so terry did come back twice, alone, and you can bet your ass that the only reason was alibi and nothing else. a pitty though that jacoby just said what he said and i'm pretty sure one will find the very same answer anywhere else too. bottom line: terry not only has no alibi for a couple of time (and that right in the murdertimeline!), but the hair of jacoby never got there through jacoby and this is what TH-sympathizer try to ignore and deny now.

I find it odd that Hobbs doesn't seem to entertain the idea that Jacoby had something to do with it since his DNA was also at the scene.

Er . . . maybe 'cos he knows Jacoby did not? Afterall, he was with Jacoby all the time that Jacoby was not at home?? |

Please remember that I am a foreigner and, as such, can easily be missunderstood, it seems, by those for whom Oxford English is not their mother tongue.
Non existant 'smug hypocrisy' and 'pomposity' are perceived by a few American English speakers. A language which, whilst similar and closely related, is not quite the same!
Might allowances be made rather than umbrage taken?

I just think I would want some answers from my friend if his DNA was my stepson's crime scene.

13. After awhile, Terry drove back to my house. I again went with Terry to ride
around and look for Stevie. We drove two more times nearly the same route we
had driven before. I remember that we again went by the apartment complex and
saw some kids playing. Terry told the kids that he was looking for a little blond
headed boy. A little black girl told Terry that she had seen that there were some
boys riding their bikes near the woods near the apartments, which were the Robin
Hood Hills Woods.
14. Terry again took me home and dropped me off because it was getting dark and I
was going to change clothes and get flashlights to search further. I do not know
where Terry went, but I expected him to come back to get me. I believe he took
Amanda with him. I changed clothes, but Terry never showed back up.
Hmmm....Terry learns that there were some boys riding their bikes near the woods near the apartments so instead of immediately checking it out with Jacoby...he takes Jacoby home...drops him off and never shows back up.

Hello everyone. I am a newbie here. Not to the case, but new to this new information. As I am reading all the documents and exhibits, ill have questions. There are some huge revelations here. I am just in awe.
I saw this:
• DNA test results showing foreign DNA - from someone other than Echols or the two
other men who were convicted ~ on the penises of two of the victims.
from the exhibits. My God, this should get them a new trial.
