Pg 152- I might be missing something but this refers to Hobbs killing Mildred French's cat in addition to the groping?
Pg 152 and 153- mention that there were two DHS complaints about abuse of Amanda.
Pg 171- Reference to how the Journals were obtained and some info on what's on them.
Pg 182- Reference to the Grievance file by Hobbs against Riordan.
I know I didn't get them all because I started late in the reading of this, but I thought I would index some of the items of interest.
Also a note: All page numbers mentioned are the PDF page numbers.

A: Most definitely. Kind of cheap shot. yes, they all conspired against you with no reason at all, terry: mildred french, your mother, your sister, your son, your daughter, pams mother and sister, her father... Pg 152- I might be missing something but this refers to Hobbs killing Mildred French's cat in addition to the groping? did he really kill a cat while attempting to molest her (or independent from that incident)??... why did the interviewer bring it up? |

Nightbreed, Terry is refering to the incident where Rugs attended Terrys work when he was over there another round of hearings, and with a friend of Marks, went and introduced himself and asked him questions etc...he even asked permission ifhe could video a little and was told he could. At no time did Terry ask him to leave or behave like he was wanting Stu to leave, and they chatted. They left under hospitable terms. Terry apparently decided afterwards, he didn't see it the way it happened....hence "the Stu incident" Rugs aka Stu.  Apparently Terry told Mildred he had killed her cat, i believe.... Don't you notice that Terry's depostion is only an extract? There are pages missing that haven't been yet made public.... |

There are pages missing that haven't been yet made public.... yeah i just though that while reading through Exhibit 1-there's no fluid reading.... so its deliberately taken out, i see.......but it's a pitty: more than 1 time i came to a very interesting passage and then it abruptly ends  |

this crap makes my head hurt.
it is like pulling teeth to get any answers from TH!
i would think that if you are sueing someone you would have lots to say and be prepared to back up your case with dates, quotes, etc.
his whole basis for the suit is pasdar should stay in texas and mind her own business? wtf?!?!

A: Long enough to drop my daughter off and see if he'd go help me.

A: He went around with me and we rode around looking, he sure did, all the way up till early in the morning. and if you read pdf-page 39, the lawyer is asking him about playing guitar hero, then he corrects himself... WTF, was guitar hero so popular in USA in 93? this stuff came out in europe along with x-box or whatever (i'm not a gamer)....just find that odd from the lawyer to ask... noooooo, why are there sometimes even 20 pages missing when it gets real interesting....... |

Haha guitar hero has only been out for maybe 3 or 4 years maximum. I'd say the lawyer has kids that play the game (or maybe the lawyer plays it himself) and just got confused  |
