Good grief, I'm only a few pages in and he doesn't know or remember anything!

Isn't it strange that of all the parents impacted by this case, he's the only one who blames his poor memories of 1993 on the passage of time?

Do you recall what John Douglas had to say about him in November of '07?

Terry Hobbs was never interviewed by the police, until we conducted interviews of Terry Hobbs. Then, by, I interviewed him two times. I had one interview where he was very, very credible because I didn't have any background information on him. But then five days later, when we get this more detailed information, specific information, I talked to a total liar on a Monday night. He's a total liar, the guy I'm talking to now is being confronted with his lies, and it's a totally different type of bird. The person responsible for this crime can look at you right in the eye, can look at a camera and say "I didn't do it" because he's a psychopathic personality. There is no remorse. Anyone who perpetrates a crime like this and leaves the victims like this, in this condition, is only concerned about himself.

I just find it really interesting that he's suing someone with such a high profile, yet he doesn't seem to know why he's suing her and doesn't seem to remember anything to actually be able to back up any of his claims. He's gonna get eaten alive in court if every answer is "I don't remember" or "I don't know".

Here's the funny thing. He says he was not after money, yet had told Pam he'd give her $50,000 from the suit when he "wins" and that he wanted Natalie and the Dixie Chicks "humiliated".

Well, we know how that's going to turn out.

It won't even make it to court.

Yeah, and it wouldn't be due to Pasdar "making nice"  Although i am fairly sure there'd be another lie to make it appears he has the bull by the horns....

But yes, I think he's full of shit when he says he's not after money. I also find it disgusting that he was such a book whore, sending his journal around to anyone and everyone to the point that he didn't even remember who he'd sent it to. Clearly he's not at all concerned about poor Stevie's memory, he's just out to make a quick buck 

I'm not convinced the guy is guilty, but he's still a liar and he's exploiting his stepson's death to make money.
