I think the point made about limited purpose public figure is interesting. Hobbs was doing damage control before anyone knew about the DNA and he called and told Mark amongst the first round of leaking the info?  |

Yeah he wanted to take some of the sting out of the fact that his hair.......identified through mt/dna connected him to the crimescene and found in the most incriminating place dna evidence can be found in the absence of blood/semen & thats Hobb's hair in Micheal Moore's shoelace binding. A child that was not his stepson & a child Hobb's denied having been in his presence or any of the children's presence including Stevie (his stepson) the day & night of the murder's.

Something that stuck in my mind when i initially read these, and i went back to confirm it for myself in the Statement of Facts: Statement of Fact No.7 Hobbs has candidly admits that one of his purposes for bringing this lawsuit is to "chill the rights of other people to advocate for the release of the West Memphis Three".
Gee and i thought it was just over his belief of being maliciously defamed and the suffering and loss, he was enduring because of it?

ok, i saw the whole pdf-document for the first time in my life:
first thing thats just amazing: terry talked with "dimension films" (real big producers) about a possible movie about him?
then:
Fact No. 85
-terry claims he phoned police at 05:30 PM? - WTF
